get connected

we want to make it easy for you to get connected at lifepoint church.  to do this we have come up with a simple process.  we want you to be a part of 4 activities at lifepoint church:

     ::worship - attend a weekend worship experience

     ::relate - join a small group

     ::serve - others in ministry opportunities

     ::share - Jesus with others

worship experience

every sunday morning we gather together as a community for our corporate worship experience. this is a chance for us to worship together, connect with others, and hear God's word taught. there is also a secure nursery and programs for your kids k - 5th grade offered during both times, one at 9:00am and one at 10:30am. feel free to come to the service that best fits your schedule. for directions click here

small groups

we are committed to helping you build your family and your life in Christ. one of the key ways you have to meet some great new people and build relationships who share your common life stage, interest, or area of need is through HomeLIFE360, the small group ministry of lifepoint church.

:: what is a homeLIFE360? ::
lifepoint church is committed to a culture of community. true spiritual growth takes place as we build relationships in settings that encourage transparency and openness.  homeLIFE360 groups meeting together in people's homes provide that setting. these groups meet during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month throughout our community.

:: why a homeLIFE360? ::
the small group setting helps to serve needs with more precision. even though no one is required to join a small group, it is the best thing going at lifepoint church. it is an ideal introduction to our church. and, understand that lifepoint church is not a building or a team of pastors. it is a community of people who don't have all the answers, but support each other in love and challenge each other to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.

:: how do i join a homeLIFE360? ::
our groups run from september to june. to join a group, locate one that meets your demographic and interest needs and call the home host and facilitator. for more information, contact pastor steve

in addition to the opportunities of service in ministry at lifepoint, we are called to care for those in need who are part of our local congregation. these include but are not limited to: seniors, widows, single parents, the unemployed, struggling students. although past efforts have benefited many, strategies are being put into place to ensure these do not 'fall-through-the-crack' of busyness or oversight.

we also called to express true religion to those in our community who are in need. we have been called first to impact 'our jerusalem.' yet, there are many times we do not possess the knowledge, skills, or resources to move forward. still, the world needs to see the love of Christ in deed, not just hear words. and we must not neglect those society has deemed 'the disenfranchised.' there are a number of service opportunities in this area being identified. please contact pastor steve for more information.

share

there is no greater joy than to know that you were used by God in a way that had an eternal impact.  that is what sharing Jesus with others is all about; it is as simple as telling a short story - but it is your story. it is an opportunity for you to tell how Jesus changed your life. to some, it may be intimidating at first. but once you get over those nervous jitters and see how your story impacts others, it will change your life . . . . . . and theirs. if you feel you need some coaching, we have some simple tools to help you. for more information, contact pastor steve
